Exchanges: If customer orders incorrect item, customer is responsible for sending the item back for a replacement. If incorrect item is sent by us, please email emariecrafts@gmail.com for a replacement. 

We are NOT responsible for damage caused by dropping tumbler or putting in dishwasher. Please hand wash all tumblers.
